Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but not required).
