Office Manager
Full-Time Position | Administration & Operations Support
POSITION OVERVIEW
Mignano Landscape & Tree Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily business administration, HR functions, and logistics support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an ability to manage diverse administrative workflows, and a commitment to keeping our team and clients seamlessly aligned.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administration & IT-
Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone routing, email correspondence, and office equipmenttroubleshooting.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems using Quickbooks, Word, & Excel
HR, Payroll & Benefits Administration-
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle records, including applications, onboarding, terminations, and compliance.
Track daily personnel items, including time-off requests, incident reports, and disciplinary documentation.
Process weekly payroll, manage W-2 distribution, and coordinate tax form/audit preparation.
Administer employee benefits programs, including 401(k) plans, and uniform inventory.
Sales & Estimate Tracking-
Process and organize project estimates, work orders, and job site photos.
Generate weekly estimate follow-up logs and monthly sales reports for management review.
Fleet & Operations Support-
Coordinate scheduling for Tree Care & notify clients of upcoming service dates.
Manage fleet compliance, tracking vehicle lists, insurance policies, and registration renewals.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
