Red & White Greenery, Inc., located in Georgetown, TX, is a locally owned and operated construction, landscape, and irrigation company. We have been in business for over 40 years serving the Georgetown and Greater Austin areas, along with growth opportunities in the Houston area.
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, understand landscape and irrigation, possess excellent communication skills, and have excellent time management skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with bid proposal
- Build and submit material submittals
- Use Procore software to produce purchase orders, build project budget, build project pay application, submit requests for information, and balance project budget with change orders
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones to track progress
- Communicate with general contractors to maintain project schedules, request information on drawing discrepancies, and produce change orders
- Communicate with our field team to resolve issues and update schedules
- Track due date, construct and submit monthly pay applications.
- Construct, review, and submit close-out documents, warranty statements, and as-built drawings
Requested Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on landscape and irrigation
- Knowledge and experience with Procore construction management software a definite plus!
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
