As a Security Officer in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, identify security-related concerns, and report potential hazards or maintenance issues.

Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and support site protocols.

Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor inquiries, and following Allied Universal post orders and escalation procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
