Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable business insights that support product development, operational efficiency, customer success, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with software engineers, AI specialists, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify trends, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor product performance and customer behavior metrics.
- Support AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing and validating datasets.
- Create visualizations and presentations for executive leadership and clients.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Knowledge of Excel, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in software development, SaaS, AI, or technology environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms.
- Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks.
Pay: $35.20 - $40.70 per hour
