What You'll Actually Be Doing
You're not selling anything pushy. You're going door-to-door in Fresno neighborhoods and having one simple conversation: "Are you on the best rate for your PG&E bill?"
Most homeowners have no idea they might qualify for the CARE discount, or that switching from a tiered plan to time-of-use could save them hundreds a year. You find out. You educate. You connect them with an Energy Specialist who walks them through their options - solar, battery storage, rate optimization - completely free.
That's it. Helpful, honest, and high-impact.
The Money Is Real
$20/hr base pay - guaranteed, every shift
$100 bonus for every qualified appointment that sits with an Energy Specialist
$1,000 bonus for every appointment that results in a closed solution
Our top reps are setting 5 qualified appointments per week and closing 1 deal per week. Do the math - that's $1,800-$2,500+ in a single week, all on top of your hourly. This is not a promise. This is what's actually happening right now.
This Can Become a Career
We have a state-of-the-art online training program covering communication mastery and customer service mastery. It's not fluff - it's the same system our Energy Specialists used to get where they are. We promote from within. Reps who apply themselves move into specialist roles and are clearing $3,000+ per week.

Schedule
Monday - Wednesday, Friday - Saturday
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Break from 1-4 PM daily (avoiding Fresno's midday heat - smart, not brutal)
Thursdays and Sundays off
Full-time only (both shifts required)
