Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Community Relations Manager to serve as the face of Cape Cod CPR in the community. This individual will build relationships with local businesses, healthcare organizations, schools, and community groups to expand our training programs and ensure an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact on community health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations
- Identify and pursue new training opportunities in the community
- Represent Cape Cod CPR at networking events, community events, and meetings
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Coordinate with internal team to schedule and deliver training programs
- Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on completed trainings
- Track outreach efforts, leads, and partnerships
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred, but not required: EMT, Advanced EMT, Paramedic or RN
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or education is a plus
- Passion for community engagement and public safety
