LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents in a skilled nursing setting while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
What You'll Do:

Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and balance activities

Monitor resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate progress to the PT

Encourage participation and support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals

Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
