Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers in a professional setting.
Wage: $18/hr. +$250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months
Shifts: Monday - Friday
- 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- 8:00AM- 4:30PM
This role is for Union Buildings. Union Dues are required after 90 days of employment
Must have janitorial experience.
This is a client facing position. You must have a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Notify supervisor of any problems
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial and custodial experience in professional settings
- Strong skills in cleaning techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Professional Appearance
Physical and Other Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
