We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented AT&T Representative to join our growing team. As an AT&T Representative, you will engage directly with customers to assess their needs, recommend appropriate wireless and internet solutions, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales experience.
The AT&T Representative position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, building strong relationships, and developing their skills in sales and customer service.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing AT&T customers
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend customized wireless and internet solutions
- Clearly explain AT&T products, services, and promotions in an engaging manner
- Deliver consultative sales presentations that generate interest and drive conversions
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Record daily sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving
- Collaborate with fellow representatives and leadership to refine sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve performance
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Previous AT&T Representative experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Reliable transportation for local travel
