Job Title: Concert Venue Server
Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor/Managers
Department: Revenue
Starting Pay Rate: $11/hr
Job Summary: It is the duty of all Food Service Team Members to assist in achieving the standards of Magic Springs’ food and beverage program in a range of stands.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Mainly serving VIP Concert seating area- Saturday night
- Responsible for accepting card payment for each guest served.
- Prepare guest beverages.
- Pick up online food orders and deliver to guest.
- Be able to retain knowledge of the offered menu and pricing.
- Maintain proper grooming. (hair restrained, hand washing, etc.).
- Properly operate cash registers and/or aprons in accordance with cash handling policy.
- May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
- Maintaining a guest ready environment which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
- Keeping food preparation areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring that guest satisfaction is at all times the focus of each position.
- Maintain proper attendance and promptness.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21-years-old to serve alcohol.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience serving preferred.
- Be aware, attentive and work well with others.
- Ability to accept guidance and constructive criticism.
- Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with Guest and other Team Members effectively.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Available to work overtime if needed.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
