We are actively hiring dependable, hands-on team members to join our hotel in Mount Laurel. If you take pride in keeping a hotel safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for our guests, we want to meet you!
CURRENT OPENINGS Engineering Supervisor — Full-Time | $24.00/hour
Provide hands-on leadership for the hotel's Engineering operation while ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and building systems are maintained to high standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities and work orders
- Support preventive maintenance programs and property inspections
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
- Respond quickly to guest room and operational maintenance needs
- Identify and correct maintenance and safety concerns
- Coordinate with hotel leadership, department heads, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Coach and support Maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures
Previous hotel engineering/facilities experience required. Supervisory or lead maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Maintenance Technician — Full-Time | $20.00/hour
Help keep our hotel operating at its best by completing preventive maintenance, repairs, and responding to maintenance needs throughout the property.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete preventive maintenance and general repairs
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Perform painting, patching, carpentry, and general building repairs
- Inspect equipment and property areas for maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain tools, equipment, mechanical rooms, and work areas
- Complete work orders and document outstanding maintenance needs
- Follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures
Previous hotel, building, facilities, or general maintenance experience preferred.
Houseman — Full-Time
Our Houseman plays an important role in keeping the hotel clean, organized, guest-ready, and supporting the Housekeeping team throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, hallways, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
- Remove trash and soiled linen
- Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors
- Stock housekeeping closets and assist Room Attendants as needed
- Respond to guest and departmental requests
- Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment when needed
- Help maintain entrances and other common areas
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns immediately
- Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
