American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN with at least 1 year of experience for a Pulm/Allergy specialty position requiring an active SC or compact RN license.

Work in a multi-specialty outpatient clinic building with 25+ specialties and approximately 50 staffed beds
-
Assigned to the Outpatient Clinic in a Pulm/Allergy specialty setting
-
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (5x8 hours)

No weekend requirements

No on-call requirements

Rare floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs

Uses Epic charting system

Free onsite parking available

Active SC or compact RN license required in hand prior to start

Current BLS certification required (AHA only)

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Epic EMR experience preferred

Pulm/Allergy experience preferred, allergy experience specifically helpful but not required

Pediatric and ER experience preferred

Ambulatory skills required

Driver's license and SSN required for consideration

Royal blue scrub color required

Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility to be prioritized, though local candidates will be considered at a local rate

Previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the MUSC system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application, with approval based on facility need

First-time travelers may be accepted depending on the position

During hurricane season (June through November, peak August-September), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

Non-billable training modules average 4 hours and must be completed prior to start
