Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
- Process payments, cash transactions, and guest accounts.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Maintain accurate records and update reservation systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean and organized.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining guest confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
