Saverglass is the world specialist in the manufacture, customization and decoration of high-end glass bottles. Founded in France in 1897, the Group's roots are in the historic Bresle Valley, where glass has been produced since the 15th century. In 1995, Saverglass established it’s first office outside of France, located in the heart of wine country, Napa Valley CA. Our office in Fairfield, California has a new opening for a new opening for a Customer Quality Manager.
The Customer Quality Manager will serve as the dedicated technical quality interface for our vital West Coast territory. Managing a vast portfolio driven largely by the premium, super-premium, and icon wine sectors, this role bridges the gap between our manufacturing plants (including our state-of-the-art multi-production glass facility in Guadalajara) and our customers' bottling lines.
The mission of the role is simple but critical: protect our brand reputation and ensure our premium glass packaging performs flawlessly on high speed, high stakes customer bottling lines. The role will serve as the trusted technical advisor to winemakers, operations directors, and mobile bottling operators, proactively aligning glass specifications and resolving complex technical issues on-site.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Quality Manager role is not only technically adept but also possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality excellence, making them instrumental in enhancing Saverglass’ reputation and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
