Compensation
- Approximately $86,750–$132,000 total annual compensation (Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + potential loan assistance)
- Hourly Rate: $36–$42/hr
- Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500

About the Clinic
Our Morgan Hill location specializes in outpatient orthopedic care with a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment, functional rehabilitation, and individualized patient care. What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document care using an advanced EMR system
- Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
