Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 salary (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Saturday 1pm to 9pm

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while efficiently managing workflow in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service, sales ability, and organization, and enjoys being a key part of a high-performing team.
Schedule

Monday–Saturday (two off days within the week)

1pm to 9pm
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience

Accurately write repair orders and communicate recommended services

Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present findings clearly

Manage estimates, approvals, and follow-ups

Maintain clear, organized documentation
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proven ability to sell and build trust with customers

Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Experience with DVIs preferred (not required)

Parts knowledge is a plus
