Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current speech-language pathology state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in schools or working with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in a range of therapy models for diverse student needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to foster student progress
- Track and report student outcomes through thorough documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with classroom educators to support academic success and classroom participation
