This onsite role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where compassion, integrity, and innovation are at the heart of the care we provide. As a therapist, you will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns, helping them develop the skills and support needed to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Therapists in this position earn $30.26–$44.47/hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Therapist

Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices

Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development

Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Support clients with empathy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving
Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.

Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).

Experience working with children preferred.

Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.

Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.

Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.

Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
