The ideal candidate will provide on-site supervision throughout the DMV for interior projects ranging in size from $150,000 to $1,000,000. Candidates must have at least 5 years verifiable experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the project meet or exceed the design intent.
- Work with subcontractors to complete projects on-time and on budget.
- Proactive scheduling of all scopes of work.
- Have a working knowledge of the drawings, trade responsibilities, and overall project scope.
- Maintain a clean and professional job site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Trade experience.
- Time management and effective communication skills with Architects and Clients
- Knowledge of building codes of all local jurisdictions.
- Project safety and OSHA regulations governing interior construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
