Orion Recruitment is supporting Team Success Schools,* who are looking to hire two ESE Paraprofessional* and a Student Services Assistant in Bradenton and Sarasota locations to support students in the classroom during the school day. This is a school-year position (10 months) with consistent hours, meaningful work, and a supportive team.
No teaching license required. Training provided.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: Based on school-year schedule (10 months). Equivalent to competitive hourly school support roles
Schedule: In-person, school-day hours (no nights or weekends)
Location: Bradenton, FL & Sarasota, FL
Position Type: Full-time, school-year role
As a ESE Paraprofessional supporting English Language Learners, you’ll:
- Work alongside teachers to support students during lessons and activities
- Help students one-on-one or in small groups
- Assist with classroom organization, materials, and transitions
- Support positive behavior and a safe, welcoming learning environment
- Help students stay engaged, confident, and successful
- Communicate with teachers and staff about student progress and needs
As a Student Services Assistant supporting English Language Learners, you’ll:
- Coordinate student support programs and services that promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
- Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and community organizations to connect students with needed resources.
- Assist with family communication, meeting scheduling, and coordination of support services.
- Maintain accurate records, participation logs, and confidential student documentation.
- Support school-wide initiatives, prevention programs, mentoring opportunities, and community partnerships.
- Collaborate with counselors, ESE staff, MTSS teams, administrators, and community providers to help remove barriers to student success.
You are not responsible for lesson planning or grading.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and participate in training
- Paraprofessional Certification (or willing to obtain Paraprofessional Certification upon hire)
- Ability to be on your feet and assist students during the school day
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
