TTRC Inc is an OTR tire manufacturer with multiple distribution centers and in need of some help around the office. You are applying for our Flower Branch, GA location. Our brands have received a high level of positive feedback from our customers. We currently sell on Amazon, eBay, Jet, Walmart & directly through our websites. We are looking to grow our little family to help us break new goals set for the 2026-2027 year.
While we currently manufacture and focus on tires within the off-road category, we are looking to expand our product lines. We have multiple warehouses in the US with offices around the world.

General Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and organized individual to help us manage inbound/outbound customer service related tasks along with other small tasks around the office. This is a full-time, in-house position at our Flowery Branch office with plenty of room for growth. The position comes with a 2/3-month probation period, exemptions can be made for the right candidate. You will be provided with the tools required to perform the job but will require experience navigating a computer along with Microsoft Office software.
Training provided for all job-related tasks, majority of tasks are automated.
- Reply to customer emails
- Answer phone calls
- Live-chat with customers
- Process return/replacements for customers within our system
Some of the systems we use:
- Google workspace
- Salesforce
- ChannelAdvisor (now Rithum)
We prefer someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
Office Hours:
- Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM (1 hour lunch)
The company offers health insurance, optional dental and optional vision benefits once probation period has ended. Additional compensation can include commission as you grow with the company.
