Job Overview
At JRM Enterprises, we own/operate 10 McDonald's restaurants in northern Mississippi area in the following cities: Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Holly Springs, and Batesville. We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Restaurant Technology Solutions Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management/operations (preferably with McDonald's experience) as well as technology.
Duties
- Complete assigned planned maintenance and all restaurant technology equipment (registers, printers, monitors, cables, credit card readers, bump bars, cash drawers, etc)
- They will be also on call for any emergencies and be expected to address immediately
- Completing assigned tickets for repairs needed or technical support which can range from hardware to software issues
- Manage / run cables as needed, internet support, POS server management, digital menuboard management, and ability to utilize technical support as needed
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to maintain a competitive edge
Skills
- OTP 1, 2, and Pro certifications from McDonald's (if you don't have you will have to complete this training)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
