About the Role
Pressed Cafe is seeking a dependable and professional Non-CDL Box Truck/Kitchen Logistics Driver to support our commissary kitchen and café operations. This role is responsible for safely delivering fresh food and paper goods from our commissary kitchen to each Pressed Cafe location while helping ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care.
In addition to driving responsibilities, this position plays an important role in supporting the commissary kitchen team by assisting with loading, preparation, and basic kitchen tasks to ensure the delivery trucks are ready to go efficiently between runs.
This is a hands-on role that combines driving, logistics, and kitchen support to help keep our cafés stocked and operating smoothly each day.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport fresh food and supplies from the commissary kitchen to Pressed Cafe locations daily
- Drive company delivery vans and a refrigerated box truck as needed
- Load and unload products at each café, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
- Check products on and off the truck to verify correct deliveries
- Communicate any basic vehicle maintenance or operational needs
- Safely maneuver company vehicles while following all driving and safety regulations
- Assist commissary kitchen staff with preparing and organizing deliveries
- Support food prep tasks in the commissary kitchen when needed
- Help ensure delivery trucks are loaded and ready efficiently between routes
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support kitchen and logistics operations
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- DOT Medical Clearance Card, or ability to obtain one
- Ability to safely operate delivery vans and refrigerated box trucks
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand English
- Willingness to learn basic kitchen and food preparation tasks
- Strong reliability, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
