We are looking for a professional line cook with the ability and desire to grow within company.
Current business operating hours are:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 5-9PM
Friday & Saturday 5-9:30 PM
Closed Sunday and Monday
Wages are based on experience.
Kitchen shift starting at 2pm, no later then 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook is a must
- Experience in upscale dining is helpful.
