Part-Time & Full-Time | Weekends Required
We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to generate leads inside a major grocery wholesale club at a branded booth display. This is NOT door-to-door sales. You’ll be speaking with homeowners in-store and setting appointments for free in-home estimates.
If you’re energetic, confident, and enjoy talking to people — this is an easy way to earn strong hourly pay plus commission.
Two Pay Plan Options
Option 1: Performance-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential)
- Up to $18/hour
- + $25 for every demoed lead you generate
- High performers can significantly increase their weekly income
Option 2: Flat Rate Stability
- Up to $22/hour flat
- No commission structure
- Consistent guaranteed pay

What You’ll Do
- Stand at a professional booth display inside a grocery wholesale club
- Engage members in conversation
- Offer a free home improvement estimate
- Collect basic contact information
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Optional: Participate in exit “fencing” (engaging members as they leave)
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time available
- Weekends required
- Flexible weekday shifts available
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable talking to strangers
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
