We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle all front desk responsibilities including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Maintain organized files, data entry records, and manage office supplies to ensure a tidy workspace
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools for administrative tasks
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or medical/dental offices as needed
- Support clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support office financial processes
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing skills
- Prior experience working in customer service environments with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Open availibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends available.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and general office procedures is essential
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Personal assistant experience or office experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism
