Job Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking machines such as panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and drilling equipment.
- Set up machines and adjust settings based on production requirements. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and cut lists.
- Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or woodworking preferred.
- Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good communication skills; English required for safety and coordination.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in cabinet or furniture manufacturing
- Experience with CNC machines and woodworking equipmentFamiliarity with production processes and quality standards
