Special Needs Caregiver
Part-Time Job Description:
Seeking a person for a part-time position (weekends mainly Saturdays) to care for two special needs children (10 year old). Both boys are very easy going, they mainly will be watching TV and/or receiving therapy. We just need an adult in the home while we work. Some of the duties include feeding, and/or change of diapers if needed. All the proper training will be given. The person may need to lift up to 50 pounds (just to move one of the children from one chair to the other when feeding time comes)
The candidate for this position needs to pass a background check, be 18 years of age or older, and the payment is processed through an outside payroll company (Direct Deposit every other week).
I need a very responsible and committed person who is charismatic towards children and is open to learning and caring for my sons. Experience preferred, but NOT NECESSARY. Opportunities to make extra hours are available. Please apply if interested.
Payment is $16.40 an hour.
The location is in South Austin, near Costco at William Cannon Dr and Mopac
Schedule is flexible(except Saturdays) and will be presented upon finding a good candidate.
