Job Title: Multi-Market Sales Leader — Custom Home Building (PA & WV)
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 total comp
We're Hemlock Homes, a custom build-on-your-lot home builder based in Washington, PA — and we're looking for a sales leader who's done this before: run multiple markets, led a team, and owned the number.

You're a builder of teams, not just a closer. You've led sales across more than one market or territory, and you know the difference between managing a spreadsheet and actually coaching people to win. You hold high standards, you communicate directly, and you take extreme ownership of results — good or bad. You're energized by a growing company where your decisions actually matter.
What You'll Do
You'll own revenue across our two markets — Pennsylvania and West Virginia. That means:
- Driving total sales revenue and hitting growth targets in both markets
- Leading, coaching, and holding the sales team accountable to their goals every week
- Building the pipeline: lead flow, follow-up discipline, conversion, and closings
- Recruiting and developing sales talent as we grow
- Running the sales playbook for a fully custom build-on-your-lot model (no two projects are alike)
- Tracking KPIs and reporting performance and forecasts directly to ownership
- Partnering with marketing on lead generation and with our design/construction teams on seamless client handoffs
- Being a visible presence in both markets — with clients, with the team, and in the community
What You Bring
- 5+ years leading sales teams, including experience running multiple markets or territories
- A track record of revenue growth you can speak to in specifics
- Background in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or high-ticket consultative sales (preferred)
- A coaching mindset and the discipline to keep a team on track
- CRM fluency and comfort with data-driven sales management
- Willingness to travel between PA and WV regularly
