Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions
Competencies:
Coordination – Adjust action in relation to other’s actions
Monitoring – Monitor/Assess performance of yourself, and team, to make improvements or corrective action.
Quality Control Analysis – Conduct inspection of product to evaluate quality
Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to issues.
Mechanical Aptitude – understand functions and mechanics of equipment and be able to troubleshoot problems.
Time Management – manage one’s own time
Active Listening – give full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and not interrupting.
Team Work – work collaboratively with peers to maintain production and quality of product, including safety, quality, and delivery of finished goods.
Continuous Improvement Mind Set - Understand and track causation for lost cycle time, scrap and output and actively seek solutions to improve metrics.
