Responsibilities
- Oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize talent management software and HR systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, and ATS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws related to talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure HR legal compliance in all hiring practices while managing employment documentation via systems like Paychex.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally while promoting a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with HR legal compliance, employment law, and labor regulations in talent management.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and external recruiting channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
