What You’ll Do
- Run 3–5 qualified in-home appointments daily (no cold calling required)
- Perform inspections and present solutions on the spot
- Deliver one-call close presentations
- Build value, overcome objections, and close at the table
- Generate additional opportunities through neighbors and referrals
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups to maximize revenue

What We’re Looking For
- In-home sales experience (pest, solar, roofing, HVAC, alarms, etc. preferred)
- Strong closer with a one-call close mindset
- Comfortable on roofs, ladders, attics, and crawl spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-starter who wants to earn and grow
