Pizza are responsible for making each handspun neapolitan pizza, sandwich or salad with the freshest ingredients. As part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for following exact recipes ensuring that our high standards are met and each pizza is baked to perfection.
Key Job Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Demonstrates proper topping
Keeps make table clean at all times and understands its importance
Describes cleaning and restocking procedures
Describes and understands ticket time standards
Able to maintain shell spacing on table and catch shells tossed by spinner
Knows to crimp the crust of the wheat
Able to read and understand tickets and maintain order
Able to effectively communicate with all BOH positions
Able to properly paddle a pizza into the oven
Able to work position solo on low volume shifts
Willingly accepts corrective feedback and makes necessary adjustments
Describes “to-go” orders and “phone” orders and effectively gets them out at the proper times
Demonstrates “All Hands on Deck”
Report to work on time in clean SPIN! approved uniform.
Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules,
Understands Pizza is Our Business
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to insure proper food handling policies are adhered to.
Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to manage
