Job Overview
We are seeking a smart, organized and efficient Customer Onboarding and Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for new clients after sales. A successful onboarding requires our customers to complete multiple steps from signing forms and agreements to updating their website. You will guide them through the process. Each client is slightly different and needs somewhat customized solutions. You will have the autonomy to manage each client's needs and create the customized solutions.
LendPro has a CRM system that you will use. It is easy to learn so not experience required but you will be on a computer most of the day. Our company is small but growing. There will be plenty of room for advancement as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing clear communication, training support, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Train our client's sales associates on how best to use the LendPro system.
- Track client accounts within LendPro's CRM, maintaining accurate records of onboarding progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs to optimize account setup and service delivery.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive client communication strategies to keep customers informed about updates, features, and best practices.
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor client engagement metrics and feedback, continuously improving onboarding workflows and customer experience.
Requirements
- No experience necessary
- Some college. BA preferred buy not necessary. Students will be considered.
- Strong verbal communication skills including logical thought process and clear diction.
- Excellent listening skills to understand the needs of the client.
- Confident camera presence. Client interaction occurs over video conference.
- Spanish speaking a big plus but not a requirement.
**SPECIAL CRITERIA**
The job is a full time job. But two of the days are Saturday and Sunday and the hours will be 10am-6pm on those day. The other hours are flexible: 8 hours on 3 other days or 6 hours on 4 other days or something completely different. LendPro is very accommondating on work schedules but we do need weekend coverage.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
