Job Description:
Nurturing Roots Mental Health Center is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Therapeutic Staff Support for Families (TSF). This is a community-based position focused on providing direct support services to children, adolescents, and their families in their home and community environments. TSF team members play a critical role in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by licensed professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic support and behavioral interventions to children and youth in home and community settings.
- Assist families in implementing treatment plans and strategies to address behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and other service providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to support ongoing development and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
