We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Septembers Taproom & Eatery, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experiences by preparing and serving a variety of delicious beverages that entice and delight. You will work closely with our guests to ensure they enjoy every moment of their time with us, making lasting memories in the process.
- Create and serve beverages with efficiency and flair, ensuring quality presentation and consistency.
- Engage with guests to understand and accommodate their preferences, providing personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to introduce fresh and exciting beverage options.
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a busy restaurant setting.
- Exceptional mixing, garnishing, and serving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant regulations.
- Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certified through ABC.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.50 plus tips, potential monthly earnings between $500 to $1,400.
- Part-time position offering 25-30 hours per week.
