About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead, you will spearhead high-quality system replacements and upgrades, ensuring every project meets rigorous performance and safety standards. You will serve as a technical mentor to junior staff while delivering exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise residential HVAC installations, including complex system retrofits and replacements.

Manage high and low voltage wiring, alongside expert pipe fitting for copper and PVC systems.

Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to installation helpers to elevate team proficiency.

Maintain a high standard of job site organization, ensuring tools and inventory are managed efficiently.

Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain system operations and ensure a seamless service experience.

Adhere strictly to industry safety protocols, including OSHA standards and environmental regulations.

Navigate challenging physical environments such as attics and crawlspaces to deliver reliable climate control solutions.
Qualifications

2-5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least three years.

Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling and compliance.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system issues.
