Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all maintenance operations/responsibilities
-Clean the grounds and common areas
-Inspect electric boxes, hydrants, and sewer caps daily
-Power wash common areas
-Clean the pool area and check chemicals daily
-Empty trash in all common areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, hospitality and/or customer service is required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
-CPO Certified
