Job Summary

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and installing air duct systems and chimney in residential and commercial properties.

ResponsibilitiesAir Duct Services
- Inspect air duct systems to identify blockages, leaks, mold, or damage.
- Clean and sanitize ductwork using specialized equipment.
- Repair, seal, or replace damaged ducting to improve airflow and efficiency.
- Install new duct systems according to job specifications.
- Perform airflow testing to ensure proper system performance.
Chimney & Dryer Vent Services
- Inspect chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents for soot buildup, blockages, or structural issues.
- Perform chimney sweeping and cleaning using industry-standard tools.
- Assist with basic repairs, cap installations, smoke chamber cleaning, and safety checks.
- Document all findings, including before-and-after photos and inspection reports.
General
- Maintain accurate work records through job management software.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in air duct, chimney, or dryer vent cleaning is preferred but not required—we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, vacuums, ladders, and cleaning equipment safely.
- Comfortable working on roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good physical stamina; able to lift equipment and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
