Position: Administrator/Receptionist (Full-Time)
Schedule:
- February to September: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- September to February: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime: Additional hours available during the winter season (September–February)
Compensation:
Requirements:
- Office Experience/Computer Skills necessary
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications required
- Willingness to learn our custom database system
- Basic office skills (copying, scanning, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
