Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Experience with café operations or similar environments is an advantage, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
