What you will be doing:

Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and advice to management on complex HR issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.

Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee performance improvement plans.

Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet organizational goals.
Skills you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of HRIS for efficient data management and reporting.

Proven track record in recruiting, including candidate screening and selection.

Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

M&A experience is a plus.
