Full Time - Bulk Truck Driver Needed
Positions are available in Salem, Oregon with JGR Shipping, Inc. We are looking for self-motivated, safe drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers.
We are hiring for a bulk delivery position. Will drive a 26 foot straight truck to 20-30 stops, 300-400 packages a day. Job is Monday through Friday.
DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER
- Deliver and pick up all packages daily within the prescribed time windows.
- Conduct Pre/Post trip truck inspections daily.
- Operate delivery truck safely, securely and competently.
- Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
- Examine and Organize daily load before departure at FedEx Terminal
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight without damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 21 years of age
- Clean driving record in the last three years, No dui's or class C speeding tickets (20miles over)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs. and work in all weather condition
