Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Oncology & MS/Tele Float
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Job Type: 13 weeks Contract with possible extension upto 1 year
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Schedule: Day or Night shifts available
Pay: $55/hr to $58/hr (aprrox $2300 for 40 hrs weekly)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for contract opportunities in Medical Surgical/Oncology and MS/Telemetry Float. Candidates should have strong acute-care nursing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Medical Surgical / Oncology RN – Day Shift
- 5x8-hour shifts, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 3 years of Oncology RN experience required; Med/Surg Oncology experience accepted
- California RN license required
- BLS required
- Oncology Nursing (ONC) certification preferred
- EPIC experience required
- No weekend, floating, or on-call requirements
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
- Experience in an outpatient radiation setting is highly valuable
- Responsibilities may include:
- Starting IVs
- Patient education
- Triaging patient calls
- Wound care
- Supporting patients receiving radiation oncology services
- Department sees approximately 50 patients per day
MS/Telemetry Float RN – Night Shift
- 3x12-hour shifts, approximately 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 36- or 48-hour schedules
- 2 years of recent MS/Telemetry experience required
- California RN license required
- BLS and ACLS required
- First-time travelers accepted with a minimum of 3 years of experience and recent experience in a large facility (400+ beds)
- Weekend requirement
- Floating required; this is a float position
- EKG exam administered on the first day of orientation and must be passed to continue the assignment
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
- No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
- Must be available to work 3 out of 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day
General Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Strong acute-care nursing experience
- Current required certifications
- EPIC experience where specified
- Flu vaccination required; no exemptions
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
