About Zuma Housing
Zuma Housing provides student housing in Westwood, right next to UCLA. We're growing fast and looking for a Leasing and Operations Lead to help keep our sales team on track and our properties running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support a remote sales team
- Handle in-person property showings around Westwood
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective tenants touring units
What You'll Need
- Property management experience
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
- Comfort driving around the Westwood area regularly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a remote team effectively
Compensation & Perks
- $25–$30/hour, based on experience
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Mileage reimbursement
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
