Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
- Work with AC/DC electrical systems, including 480V three-phase power.
- Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Automation systems
- AC/DC electrical systems
- 480V three-phase power
- PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Plastic or paper manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
