Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Ambassadorial Role: Exemplify our commitment to excellence by providing premium service to every patient and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling of patient appointments to optimize clinic flow and ensure timely care for our furry companions.
- Patient Chart Management: Organize, pull, file, and prepare patient charts daily, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout the clinic.
- Client Check-in: Greet and check-in all patients and their families with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience from the moment they enter our doors.
- Exam Room Assistance: Assist in guiding clients to examination rooms, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and promptly fulfilling prescription requests.

Qualifications:
