The BDC position is responsible for processing information from both inbound and outbound calls and internet leads.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries online and over the phone.
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment .
Conduct timely follow up on internet leads.
Qualifications:
Experience in car dealership BDC/Internet Department.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment.
