Boba Tea Store Manager
Pink Pink Tea Shoppe's is located in Westfield San Francisco Centre .We are a unique Boba tea shop whose products are very innovative. The main ingredient of our products is loose leaves, fresh fruit and authentic cheese foam. Pink Pink is excited to share its unique taste and experience to all customers in the Bay Area.
We are looking for a Store Manager to manage store operations, build great teams, improve customer satisfaction, and drive financial success.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Supervising tea store staff
· Accomplishing staffing objectives by training Boba Barista/Cashier/Chef
· Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
· Producing staff schedules
· Handling customer enquiries and complaints
· Driving positive sales growth
· Controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
· Learning and growing in skill set, abilities, and leadership capabilities with the goal of taking on a General Manager role in the future
· Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure environment by establishing, following and enforcing all company, federal and state food-safety, sanitation standards and procedures
Requirements:
· A minimum of two (1) years in a food/beverage work environment, experience in supervising and training staff
· English
· A strong understanding of food, beverage & labor costs
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude
